H & H Installations has been awarded the Eilan Hotel from Trainor Glass Co & Hardin Construction.

This project consist of 142 Shower Enclosures and we will begin installing them February 2011.  We have also submitted bids for the Eilan Residential portion of the project for the Shower Door Enclosures and Mirrors.

We have recently been awarded the Barton Creek Condos in Austin TX with Trainor Glass Company.  This project consist of 272 Door and Panel Shower Enclosures.  We have already begun work on Buildings 5 & 6 and soon to follow with Buildings 1-4.

H & H Installations, Inc. was awarded the San Diego Marriott Hotel from GC Digney York & Associates.

We will be supplying and installing all the shower door enclosures on this project; as well as all the glass entrances for the movement studio and fitness center.  We have already begun field measuring on the project and expect to start installation in January 2010.

We just signed a contract with Cleveland Construction to do the shower enclosures for the Hill Country Resort Buildings #2 and #53.  We will begin this project in the middle of May. 

Installing Door Only Enclosures and also Slider Enclosures along with mirrors in each bathroom.

David predicts that new construction for 2009 will be steady although slightly down from last year. The reason for the steadiness is that the money was allotted for these projects in 2007 & 2008. New construction for 2010 will drop off dramatically because there is simply no funding available at this time.

He predicts that the remodeling industry will be very bleak for 2009. The reason? No money readily available for these projects. He predicts that the remodeling industry will bounce back in 2010 though.

The GC’s, remodeling companies and subcontractors that can hang on in these times of recession will tremendously prosper when the economy turns around!

H & H Installations, Inc. just received news that we won the bid for the Memphis Marriott.  We will be installing 107 shower enclosures; a framless swing panel, and also stand alone panel with a brush nickel finish on the hardware. 

GC on this listed project is Flintco, Inc. Memphis, TN.
